1. Company Profile and Production Capacity
Justeco is located in Longgang City, Zhejiang Province. After several years of development, it now has a modern production base covering an area of more than 70,000 square meters. The base is equipped with a 100,000-level purification workshop and more than 200 sets of advanced production and processing equipment to ensure the high-quality production of products. At the same time, Justeco's annual production capacity has reached about 60,000 tons of degradable materials and nearly 1 billion finished products, providing the market with a large amount of environmentally friendly packaging materials.
2. P+Series PLA Coated Paperboard Paper Production Process
Raw Material Selection and Preparation:
When Justeco selects the raw materials for P+Series PLA Coated Paperboard Paper, it will strictly screen high-quality pulp and PLA (polylactic acid) materials. Pulp is usually derived from renewable resources such as wood and bamboo, while PLA is a bio-based, degradable plastic. The combination of the two can greatly improve the environmental performance and physical properties of paperboard.
During the raw material preparation stage, Justeco will finely grind and screen the pulp to ensure that its fiber length and fineness meet production requirements. At the same time, PLA will be pretreated to improve its bonding with pulp and the uniformity of the coating.
Pulp preparation and papermaking:
The screened and pretreated pulp is mixed with an appropriate amount of chemical additives (such as plasticizers, waterproofing agents, softeners, etc.), and a slurry with suitable viscosity and stability is prepared by physical or chemical methods.
The prepared slurry is evenly sprayed on the papermaking net through the headbox of the paper machine, and the paperboard is formed after pressing, drying and other processes.
PLA coating and curing:
A layer of specially treated PLA material is evenly coated on the surface of the paperboard. This coating can not only improve the waterproof and oil-proof properties of the paperboard, but also enhance its tear resistance and abrasion resistance.
After the coating is completed, the paperboard will enter the curing stage. By heating and pressurizing, the PLA coating is tightly bonded to the paperboard substrate to form a strong and beautiful surface.
Printing and post-processing:
Justeco uses advanced flexographic printing technology to print the patterns and texts required by customers on PLA coated paperboard. This printing method is not only colorful and clear, but also ensures the environmental performance of the printed product.
After printing, the paperboard will undergo post-processing processes such as die-cutting and molding, and cut into packaging materials of different shapes and sizes according to customer requirements.
3. Quality Control and Certification
In the process of producing P+Series PLA Coated Paperboard Paper, Justeco strictly abides by industry product standards and customer requirements. The company has obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22000, ISO45001, FSC®, BRC, LFGB, SABER, EU Food Regulations and other management system or standard certifications. These certifications not only prove Justeco's professionalism in production and management, but also provide customers with more trust and security.
